Let's take over the whole of the main venue for our Grand Aussie BBQ Banquet !! The evening will feature entertainment and a sumptuous Aussie BBQ along with a four-hour drinks package. Dance the evening away to our LOCAL MUSICIAN! And....have some fun and laughter with our ROVING MAGICIAN.
Dress Code: Bring out the Island Colours - change it up this year - let's see how colourful you can be!! Embrace the spirit of this year's 'Aussie BBQ' theme. It's not just any BBQ, it will be sure to impress.
STAYING AT URANGAN......NO PROBLEM!! We have a charter ferry leaving at 9.30pm to take you back to Urangan Marina.
KICK-ON VENUE - Maheno Bar (beside the Atrium) open until 11.30pm (unfortunately we are working on island time and the venue licence doesn't allow any of their bars to operate after 11.30pm)

4:00pm - 5:00pm - Sand Bar
The hard work has been done. You've taken part in a more 'relaxed' conference with a difference this year, and now join us for the farewell drinks. Mingle with old colleagues and newfound friends one last time before saying farewell. For those catching the 5:00pm Kingfisher Bay ferry back to River Heads, enjoy a quick drink with us then take a leisurely stroll down to the jetty. And if you've been enjoying the island life, fret not - your luggage will be seamlessly transferred from reception onto the ferry.
For those staying on the island, the Sand Bar will be open for dinner service, or take a stroll across to the Sunset Bar (drinks only) for a drink and lovely view across the water.
All social programs are included in full conference registrations. For additional tickets or for day delegates these can be purchased during registration.
